| Malawi, worlds highest rate in urban population growth. There is a high demand for residential plots in all urban areas. Beautiful residential houses have been built in Lingala despite the lack of proper road access. Balaka Town Assembly upgraded two traditional housing areas with the support of SCDP by providing roads, drains, communal water points and secure land tenure. |
