The discussions in Balaka were always well organised by the Members with the effect that the consulting and planning process went ahead very smoothly. The conceptual design layout above is the first sketch reflecting the initial discussion with the Members of the Assembly. It looks almost like the as-built drawings done two years later based on the completed works.
