Services Delivery
To deliver reliable services the Assemblies require decent offices for their staff and to welcome the community. As part of the decentralisation policy, the civic offices will be the primary place to ask for information and services from the authorities, be it in education, estate management, rate paying, local development, official certificates, etc.
