Maintenance of maintenance equipment
In 1991 SCDP provided a tractor and trailer for maintenance works to Kasungu Town Assembly. It was used daily to collect refuse and is still in operation in the year 2004. Proper equipment maintenance is also important because finance for new equipment is scarce in Assemblies.
