Ease of use
The minibuses queue according to destination making travel simpler for passengers. Mangochi Town Assembly collaborates closely with the bus operators. They transfer about 10% of the collected fees to the bus operators' committee who organise guards providing smooth operation of traffic and safety for passengers.
