Respecting traditions
The large tree in the Assembly offices courtyard was preserved using special construction techniques to maintain the roots. The tree serves as a shady and airy meeting place for visitors to the Assembly. On pay day, labourers congregate under the tree to receive their salaries as they always did in the past.
