Wetlands need to be protected
Mzuzu city centre has valuable natural habitats which should be preserved to provide ecological balance and a decent local micro climate. Wetlands are corridors for a cool breeze in the evening and act as a natural water purification system. Their preservation will maintain the attractiveness of Mzuzu as a place for trade and living in the heart of the city.
